Upcoming Meets

Unless otherwise specified, all Indian Nations NMRA meets are held at the new Hardesty Library, 8316 E. 93rd. St., just east of Memorial Rd. in Tulsa, OK. The library opens at 9:00 am and the meetings start at 9:30 am.

05/25/2010 - Steve Davis' presentation on DCC from the meeting on 5/22/2010 has been posted to the website.

05/24/2010 - The LD/OP sig meet date is official!

Mark your calendars for March 18-20, 2011, when we will host our next layout design and operations meet. We have reserved the Shriners facility at 28th & Sheridan which we hope think will be a nice improvement over our previous successful meet. Stay tuned for more details.

05/06/2009 - The presentations on DCC and photo backdrops from the meet on 5/2/2009 have been posted.

1/25/2007 - KCS Executive Train, Southern Belle, in Arkansas.

Ed Bommer happened upon the KCS executive train, the Southern Belle, near Mena, Arkansas a couple of weeks ago. The KCS personnel allowed Ed to snap a couple of pictures:

04/04/2007 - New logo announced.

The Indian Nations Division has a new logo!  You can see a small version in the banner at the top of the page, and you can click here to see a larger version of it.

11/13/2006 - The Indian Nations Division written up in the Caboose Kibitzer.

If you are a member of MCoR (the Mid-Continent Region of the NMRA), take a look at your copy of the Caboose Kibitzer for a write up about us (the Indian Nations Division).  You can also view the Kibitzer online at the MCoR website.

5/27/2006 - Union Pacific Steam Locomotive #844 visits Oklahoma

On May 27 UP ran #844 from Arkansas to Claremore, OK. Here is a picture from Wagoner, where Randy Smith drove to see the train come through.
